  • All TAC injuries, we can bulk bill with a claim number. Feel free to give us a call/whatsapp message or email info@evolutio.com.au and we will get back to you.

    For Workcover Injuries, individuals will need a case manager and a claim number, there is a GAP of $41.76 for the Initial Consultation, and $48.40 for follow up sessions. (This is because we give detailed 45-minute Initial sessions and 30 minutes follow up sessions)

    Or individuals are welcome to pay the full amount and claim back themselves.

  • We accept EPC Care Plans through your GP. Please note that we have to charge our standard rates. We will then send you an invoice which you can claim back approximately $60 per session from Medicare.

  • Gold Card Members can be bulk billed, White Card members just need a GP referral before Physio. Please send us an email to info@evolutio.com.au, or contact us on our whatsapp number below to organise your Initial Session.
