  • Yes we do,

    TAC - You will need a claim number and a case manager. We can then organise payment directly with TAC.

    Workcover Injuries, individuals will need to pay our normal rates, we will then send you an invoice which you can claim back through your case manager.

    There may be a small gap with workcover, please keep in mind we look after patients with long detailed and in depth consultations. You can read more about Workcover here.

  • Medicare - We accept EPC Care Plans through your GP. Please note that we have to charge our standard rates. We will then send you an invoice which you can claim back approximately $60 per session from Medicare.

  • If you’re a DVA patient. We can bulk bill directly all gold card members, just bring in your card or upload it when booking. If you’re a white card holder, we just need your card and a referral from a GP for Physiotherapy. If you need any help with this, just contact us via info@evolutio.com.au

  • Our prices are set based on our extremely high levels of skills and experience built on the back of over 14 years operating as a business, over 40 years experience as a team of practitioners and 10 years as the number one clinic in Australia as our healthcare providers have all trained at an extremely high level.

    Furthermore, the level of service you will receive with us, will blow others out of the water. Including the time we spend with you, the space we have, our utilisation of train heroic programming for you, and follow up emails and plans.

  • For Payments, we can provide you with the option to pay online at the time of booking or after your appointment. If you have a Private Health card with you, we can swipe it or tap it onsite.

    Alternatively, we also accept both cash and card payments

  • To claim with private health, it’s best to double-check check you have sports medicine and physiotherapy coverage, then bring your card with you to your appointment. We can swipe or tap your card, and then you pay the gap (The health fund will pay us the remaining amount).

    Suppose you don’t have your card. You can use your phone (Medibank and link your card), or we can send you an invoice which you can enter online to be reimbursed by your fund.

  • Our Class schedule is changing as we add new times for Rehabilitation. We don't currently offer clinical pilates near me, instead we offer high-level strength and conditioning classes with a maximum of four people, all working on their individual rehabilitation program.

    Currently we have classes in the evenings Monday to Thursday.

  • Unfortunately, we need every new patient to see a Practitoner first. This is because we will need to know if you’re ready and build a specific program tailored towards you. Trust me; you’ll be in good hands.

  • With us you can buy a 5 pack or a 10 pack to receive a discount on bulk sessions. Just chat to us when you’re in about it.

  • At the current time, we don’t offer clinical pilates at our Melbourne physiotherapy clinic. Instead we utilise our 80sqm open gym, with squat racks, kettlebells, Glute hamstring developers, barbells, trap bars, assault bikes and VALD testing equipment for high level rehabilitation and strength work for your Injury.

  • Good question. Alex and Phill carefully curate our clinic music. There’s no cafe/elevator music here—just sweet old indy and hip hop tunes.
