Evolutio’s Cancellation Policy

We don’t love cancellation policies. They’re a bit like those passive-aggressive notes that your housemate leaves on the fridge that say “it would be nice if someone else bought some butter!&@”, after all, it’s not like you use the butter anyway.

However, our time is precious, and as you know, we only get paid if people turn up for their sessions. If people cancel less than 24 hours before, we won’t be able to afford the red capsicums at the supermarket. I mean, why are they double the price of the green ones? Just because they’re red? Never mind, you win supermarket we’ll buy them.

Missed or Late Cancellations Missed appointments or cancellations with insufficient notice prevent us from offering that time to other clients in need. To ensure we can continue to provide timely care, we request that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointments and arrive on time.

Cancellation Fees

• Missed Appointments: 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged if you miss an appointment without prior communication.

• Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge.

• Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.

Extenuating Circumstances We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of genuine emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee.

Same-Day Rescheduling If you can reschedule your appointment to another time on the same day (subject to availability), no cancellation fee will be applied.
