All TAC injuries, we can bulk bill with a claim number. Feel free to give us a call or email info@evolutio.com.au and we will get back to you.

Workcover Injuries, individuals will need to pay our normal rates, we will then send you an invoice which you can claim back through your case manager.

There may be a small gap with Workcover, please keep in mind we look after patients with long detailed and in depth consultations.

We accept EPC Care Plans through your GP. Please note that we will have to accept full payment at the end of your consultation. We will then send you an invoice for your to claim. The rebate per appointment is approximately $60

Please book an Initial Physiotherapy Consultation and bring in your EPC Care plan for us or email it to info@evolutio.com.au
